Simple terms for helpful reminders.

These Terms govern your use of Reminder Text, a service operated by Local Rev Growth. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Reminder Text lets you create reminders and receive automated SMS alerts. Optional integrations may provide calendar-based reminders or other user-facing monitoring features. Features may change as the service develops.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account and mobile information, keep your account secure, connect only accounts you are authorized to use, and use Reminder Text lawfully. Do not use the service for emergencies, safety-critical instructions, unlawful messages, harassment, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

SMS terms

By giving SMS consent, you agree to receive automated reminder texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and START to opt back in. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by carriers, network conditions, device settings, or third-party outages.

Connected services

Google connections are optional and governed by Google’s terms in addition to these Terms. You can disconnect a connected service at any time. Reminder Text requests read-only access unless a future feature clearly explains and separately requests another permission.

No professional or emergency service

Reminder Text is an organizational aid, not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety service. Do not rely on it as the only way to remember medication, appointments, deadlines, payments, or other important obligations.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly timed delivery. You remain responsible for the underlying task or obligation.

Account suspension and termination

You may stop using Reminder Text or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or secure the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reminder Text is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Local Rev Growth is not liable for missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate reminders, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service.
