Reminder Text is operated by Local Rev Growth. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Account information such as your name and email address.
Your mobile number, timezone, SMS consent status, reminders, alert settings, and delivery history.
Messages you send to the Reminder Text phone number and the actions needed to answer or manage your reminders.
If you separately connect Google Calendar, your Google account email, calendar list, and read-only event details such as titles and start times.

Google user data

Google Calendar access is optional and requested separately from Google sign-in. We use it only to read your selected calendars, show upcoming events in your dashboard, and answer your calendar questions by text. Reminder Text does not create, edit, delete, or share your Google Calendar events.

Gmail access is not currently enabled in the released service. We will not request or access Gmail data until the email-reminder feature is implemented, separately explained to users, and authorized by Google.

Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored in the server-side application database. They are not stored in your browser or exposed to other users. Calendar event data is not sent to OpenAI. Disconnecting Google Calendar deletes the associated tokens from Reminder Text.

Reminder Text’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate your account, schedule and deliver reminders, process your commands, prevent duplicate delivery, provide support, protect the service, and improve user-facing reminder features.

Service providers

We use Hostinger for application hosting, CallRail for SMS delivery, Google for sign-in and optional Calendar authorization, and OpenAI for reminder-message enrichment and natural-language command interpretation. OpenAI response storage is disabled. We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and reminder data while your account is active and as needed for security, delivery records, and legal obligations. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time. Deleting your Reminder Text account deletes your profile, reminders, sessions, connected Google tokens, and related application records from the active database.

Your choices

You can decline Google connections, revoke SMS consent by replying STOP, disconnect Google Calendar, or delete your account. You may also revoke Reminder Text from your Google Account permissions.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted Google tokens and account-isolated records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Reminder Text is not directed to children under 13.
